Dormitories

Full-time students studying in Veszprém can gain admission to five halls of residence. This provides accommodation for nearly 1600 students within an organised framework. The dormitories are run by the local government and the Dormitory Management Committee (KIB).

With the help of teachers and seniors, students can play an active role in shaping and managing student life. Each hall of residence has its own characteristics. One is big, bustling and noisy, the other small, intimate and quiet. One is high-rise, the other is located directly on the shores of Lake Balaton or in Veszprém, surrounded by greenery. The level of comfort varies from building to building, but the most important services are of course available in each. Students from all disciplines live in each of the halls of residence, ensuring diversity in the institutions and providing opportunities for students to help each other in their studies and other areas. Each student has the opportunity to choose which halls of residence they wish to live in.
